MENULIS MAKALAH ILMIAH GEOLOGI
Abstract
Menulis makalah ilmiah geologi adalah bagian dari proses berkomunikasi untuk
menyampaikan gagasan, model geologi dan arti penting hasil penelitian geologi.
Makalah ini memberikan beberapa catatan tentang penulisan bagian-bagian dari
makalah ilmiah dan menjelaskan filosofi, tujuan dan substansi dari masing-masing
bagian. Kesalahan umum dalam penulisan makalah untuk penerbitan jurnal dan
buletin geologi dikemukakan. Disamping itu, aspek plagiarisme dan gaya penulisan juga dibahas secara singkat. Komunikasi yang efektif melalui makalah ilmiah yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas penelitian penulisnya.
